Pool and Swimming

The four swimming pools at Lake Front Park are open from Memorial Weekend until Labor Day. At the close of the school year, the pools are open from 6:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. for lap swimming only and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. for open swimming. Pool hours may be adjusted due to staffing and weather. Please see the Seasonal Schedule for more information.

The following is a list of features the pools have to offer:

• Aquaclimb
• Waterslide with two flumes
• Diving boards – two three-meter boards, two one-meter boards
• Two baby pools – one with a mushroom fountain
• Olympic size swimming pool
• Separate lap swimming section with seven lanes
• Seven large “funbrellas” to shade patrons from the sun
• Numerous benches, lawn chairs, and deck chairs
• Chair lift and ramp for individuals with special needs
